My wife is Swedish and knew what it was. I apparently wasn't even close in the pronunciation.

It's basically a specially treated ham. Does look yummy.

I was told it's like a Swedish Christmas ham, I ain't no Swede, so I don't know if that's a true or not, but I'll give it a "go" anytime. :D
