Well it is Christmas Eve and all is quiet in the Amy-0 house......but alas......................

Soon the family will be here

I have already rolled 10 pounds of meatballs, made 48 bacon wrapped water chestnuts, 32 bacon wrapped scallops, made a huge cheese platter, made about 100 cream cheese dried beef rollups.....I still have to cut veggies for the Veggie tray, make my shrimp cocktails and I just put a cheesecake in the oven........and it is not even 10am...Do you think it to early for a beverage???? LOL but I do have to say my cultellus kicked butt this morning
