No sir, I have not seen that one in person. I believe it was put out in 1980 as part of a 4 knife set commemorating the museum? Of course, you probably already knew that.

I have one like this one, and it has D.R.G.M on the other side of the tang. D.R.G.M and a number was like a patented number. Last stamped in 1953 but good for 3 years so my knife is probably about 70 years old. John

John, I just remembered I took pictures for you of the tang stamps on mine:
I bought this knife new in Texas in 1979 or 1980, so it could be a few years older than that but not nearly as old as yours.

Oh man! I didn't find this when I searched, just the dedicated Boker thread. I agree this could be merged. I will be tearing through this linked older thread for study time . Thank you for this SharpBits. There's so many German gems posted!
