Metal cutting bandsaw blade..HELP!!

Thanks for the recommendation on the HF blades, I'll give em a try. I'm due for a new one too. ;) For what it's worth, I've been buying Lennox from TKS and think they're worth the money. But I'm cheap! Now my expectations of the HF blades are raised... :D
 
Make sure you get right TPI (prev known as pitch) blades. No less than 5 teeth have to be in contact with metal at all times. One tooth goes and
you're done, as ones behind it will go next.

18-20 TPI will last you a looooong time. Won't cut as aggresively, but smaller
teeth on these won't ever break.
