Wow! I love this knife, the low ride kydex sheath is a great idea, looks comfortable

I think you should call this one the "Bailout" :D

That looks great. What kind of black magic did you employ to get both strands of that lanyard through the skull bead?

Thanks for the comments guys,as far as the cord throught the bead deal.Of course you strip the inner threads out, then double a piece of the inner thread and thread it through the bead leaving a loop on the top and put one end of the paracord thru the loop pull the pcord through and repeat to get the other end.The second end is the hard part:mad:,catch the second part as close to the end as you can..clear as mud, huh. It helps to unravel the second end----There's not a simple way to explain it,but I hope this helps:thumbup:

you know i never used to like the micarta but i'm slowly being swayed on it :D
As always Beautiful work!
wish i had more money to spend:grumpy::D
cheers

Thanks Ivan, with a coarse finish, the Micarta feels nice and grippy in your hand---Regards Butch

dammit. why do you masters of blades make such awesomeness while i'm broke? (boss aint paid me yet >:( )

Butch brought this knife to a grind-in we had in my shop yesterday. That knife fits in the hand like an old glove and the center of gravity is low so it lays on the fingers ready to use. The sheath is outstanding too! A bargain at $130

Thanks for the kind words Gerry, and I really enjoyed the visit to your shop, except you make hollow grinding look deceptively easy;)By the way I ground out the little axe I got from you, razor sharp, make a nice little tool--Regards Butch
