Micarta handle maintenance?

barkeepers friend and a toothbrush. between my daily pocket carry and use the handles get funky real quick.
 
I actualy do clean my wrences and screwdrivers. Working with newspaper presses and related machines it becomes messy if i dont :)
At home i also like to take my tools and clean them every now and them. A clean tool works better and lasts longer in my experience.
