Micarta Handles For BK-7?

I was just wondering where I can get Micarta handles for my Becker BK-7? Is this something that I can just buy and put on myself, or do I have to send my knife somewhere to have them put on? Thanks for any information.

I just received a BK7 from Cheaper Than Dirt. I too would be interested if anybody could post some information about where these new scales could be procured.

On a side note, my arms barely have any hair already from testing edges. The little hair I had left on my left forearm was shaved clean by this BK7. I don't think I've ever had a knife this sharp out of the box.

I ordered two sets from the factory,they were around $20 or $22 a set,it took about a week to get them. They look & feel great!

Is there a link somewhere on their website to those handles? The only thing I can find for sale on the site is the knives.

I think that I just called their customer service dept. 1-800-344-0456, they took my order on the phone,I gave them my credit card info & a week later I had my handles!
