I've noticed that when some of our over-seas members post pictures, the threads take forever to load.
This is less dependent on the location and more about those particular users. Perhaps their picture files are large.
Other than that, I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. Just don't try to post anything between 7:00 and 8:00 PST.
