Looking close at the sheen, it looks like paper micarta. Very hard and tough. Similar color saturation to delrin since the paper fibers are very very small, but harder material. Very nice work knife.This 4 5/8" closed Rough Rider linerlock work knife is supposed to have black micarta handles, but I sure don't see any sort of "fabric pattern" in the handle.
