Micarta or G10

I am looking for 1/2" thick paper micarta or G10. I would like both white and black paper micarta and all colors of G10. Does anyone have a source?

Search the internet for knife making supplies.

I would think that almost all of the basic supply houses carry this. Some examples:

Micarta is is not available in as wide a range of colors as G10. Here is a link to to the G10 colors we can have made:

Very few suppliers stock .500" thick G10 or micarta. Most knifemakers think it is too thick to make a knife handle so it does not sell.

www.masecraftsupply.com is where I purschase most of my G10 and micarta, but not sure on 1/2", 1/4 is usually the thickest I use.

My go to source for Micarta and G10 is Mr. Chuck Bybee at Alpha Knife Supply (the second poster in your thread).

The Bybee family always has a great selection, and is THE BEST place I know of to get anything from 0.010" thick G10 for spacers, to big ass 1" thick G10 bowie sized handle blocks.

The big 'ol 1" thick block for this bowie came from Chuck...which reminds me I need to call him and get some more! LOL
