Micarta tubes - where to get?

I'm a hobbyist knife maker working out of another guys shop. Right now I'm just making stuff mostly for myself, friends, and family and am really loving the process as a way to change paces after work a couple days a week. I just ordered a bit of handle hardware to play with but I can't seem to source these items that I need for just a few knives:

Black canvas micarta tubes with 1/4" inside diameter or slightly larger
Natural/tan canvas micarta tubes with 1/4" inside diameter or slightly larger

I really like the tubes like Andy Roy uses and I've contacted him about picking up a couple inches of some but haven't heard back. Maybe it's a trademark, signature type of thing for him? That said, I'd like to just get a few inches of simple micarta tubes for a couple upcoming projects. Where's the best place to source this?

Unless they absolutley "have to be" Micarta, carbon arrow shafts work well and come in
all sorts of sizes.

I might suggest going to a bow and arrow shop and ask for some cut offs from arrows, some are carbon fiber and they may differ in diameter, probably free. Hope this helps.
