Hello everybody. I just wanted to say that I purchased a knife from the Exchange, from member "michaedma", and accepted the risks of shipping the item overseas. He agreed to sell the knife, something really unexpected since most folks on the exchange won't take the risks (I understand) to ship to Europe.
Nice guy. He sent me pictures of the receipt he got at the post office and promptly gave me a tracking number. After a month, and a lot of trouble (he helped all the way, and went to the post office twice to ask for the package, see what was going on etc.), it seems the incompetent guys on my country returned the knife without even telling me, or the sender.
It finally made its way back to "michaedma" and he quickly refunded me what I paid, losing on its part the shipping costs. He just s*cked them up like a honorable man, something hard to see this days.
I want to thank him all he did, and more because he just took the extra costs and lost money on this failed deal.
I am very sorry, fellow forumite, and thank you again for what you did.
