I needed to have a "well loved" fixed blade re-blasted. One request over at the knifemakers forum had a reply from Michael in a very short time offering to blast my knife for free.

I got the knife back from him today and not only does it look great, I like the finish he did better than the one that came new on the knife.

Mike Cooper is the best, he's got a big heart and always willing to help.
I'll share one personal Mike Cooper story here. I was on Chat one night with Mike (this was years ago) and we're just chatting. Mike asks me if I like Satin finsh on a knife, I told him I did. So he asks me for my address and in a couple of days I receive one of his hand made hunters with a satin finish on the blade. That's the kind of guy Mike is, good as gold.
