Though I mentioned it before in a previous Good, Bad & Ugly thread, our transaction has finally been completed and I wanted to make it known (once again) what a terrific guy Mike is. I ordered a couple of Sharpmaker diamond rods from http://www.newgraham.com and it was mailed out via USPS Priority Mail on May 14th. Typically, priority mail arrives in 3-5 days. Unfortunately, it arrived here only today (June 7th)--over three weeks later. During this ordeal, Mike was very patient and checked (without prompting) the post office for updates.
