This knife was made by Master Smith Michael Vagnino.It has jigged bone handles,is 6 1/2" long open and 3 3/4" closed.Blade is 2 3/4". frame and bolsters are steel.Knife is very slim and light[only 1/4" in thickness. Hi that looks very nice! Do you know what steel(s) the blade is made from? Also can you check the measurements, I don't think it's possible for the handle to be only 1/4" longer than the blade on a slipjoint this size?
 
It's a San mai of some kind obviously. I was looking at this knife awhile ago. The site that sold it didn't have it listed either
 
Man I love that blade but handle must actually be 4.5" so too big for my office environment alas

OAL is 6.5" not 7.25"?
Does it have a half stop?
Flush in all 3 positions?
Strong pull, or medium or light?

You are correct .The overall length is 6 1/2 ".I would describe the pull as light.There is a half stop.This is a very thin light weight knife.
