wow! from Knifemakers Guild voting member Michael Zscherny of Iowa... this knife is in perfect NEW conditrion. This knife features A LOT of detail work. The blade is damasteel... the thumbstud is solid 18k gold with inset gold mother of pearl. The bolsters are a heat treated mosaic damascus and a deep bluish/purple that sets off the exhibition grade gold lip pearl very well... lots of fire. the spine and liners are all meticulously fileworked and anodized blue... vines and stippling textures. The screws are all 18k gold plated. closed length is 3 5/8"... a little over 6" open. fit, finish and function are all flawless IMHO. Simply a masterpiece.
