Looking good fellas!

Seems like you will see some sprinkles in a little bit, but by tomorrow morning it is going to be GORGEOUS.

With only 4 of us, maybe we can take a hike or something -

I have a large bottle of JD and some Sam Adams, and some Coke and ice. Just the essentials.

Getting a light drizzle right now so we are on the porch. Got a Jack and Coke in my hand. Don't get any better than this!

Thanks for coming guys. Had a great time once again.

See you in the Fall!

Jeff

Wow that looks so amazing. I haven't been camping or anything like it in forever. Where in Michigan is this? I am around Kalamazoo, MI. Where's the jack next to that fire? :p:thumbup:

Looks like you guys had a great time! Got a few nice photos too... Were any new blade design plans hatched??

That's the Waterloo Recreation Area near Chelsea. We've been trying to get together here a couple of times a year.

Thanks for getting the cabin again, Jeff!

The Kershaw Camp 18 - we really put this through it's paces and it held up great, and what a chopper!!

These scrub trees are growing up all around the clearing, so Jeff used the Camp 18 to clear this misshapen sapling.

One swing and the camp 18 went right through the tree.

We also were using the Camp 18 to cut these old fenceposts, it took around 25 licks to chop through one - not bad at all, and the handle is very comfortable.

Carving went on throughout the day, but aside from John's Canoe, there was not much in the way of actual carvings, but we did make a pile of curlies.

Uncle Bill gave each of us one of these cool pens, thanks Bill!!

My chosen two knives for the two knife challenge.

The ZT0180 was put through some paces, and the Vanadis 4 extra held up very well to carving and general use. It is comfortable to use as well.

I had my Kershaw Link with me - notice it is more purple than gray, it is a very nice knife, and the guys were impressed with it, especially the price!

We also enjoyed some nice steaks. The weather was really nice, it did get pretty cold overnight buy nothing too terrible.

Thanks again guys, a great time as usual!
