To address the questions some of you have been asking me, I’d like to introduce you to a friendly and talented French knife maker :
Mickaël Moing, a cutler and blacksmith, has been crafting knives since 1991. A professional since 2003, he offers a range of fixed and folding knives made entirely by hand.
Drawing on his extensive experience in blacksmithing, he offers cutlery that combines functionality and aesthetics, mastering every stage of production in his workshop and in the spirit of the French cutlery tradition.
He makes straight knives, folding knives, piedmontese knives, and higonokamis. He works without templates, so each knife is one-of-a-kind
