Micra Scissor Repair

The scissors of my micra has some play between the two blades. I can lift one off from each other slightly, thus it cant cut for crap. Should I just take it apart and make a micro-micra tool kit or is there a way of fixing it?
 
Or since they are less than $15.00 buy a new one probably be about as cheap as shipping and you will get it a lot sooner.
