Micro kit for friend

Hartsooks. I know I some some small, two piece whistles for lanyards somewhere, anybody know where to get em?

I would replace that neck chain and just use para-cord with the 7-strands left inside it.

I thought there was several people on this site that said 550 was a no-no for neck knives and lanyards?? Seems they don't want to get hung with it??

I put a small plastic circle or triangle piece in mine (like what is used to attach two snow gloves)- the plastic will give out short of you getting hung
