I've only been here intermittently the last few days because of a potential security issue with my PC and trying to work with one of the Microsoft-inthehead so-called "Tech's" and y'all all know what it's like to try working with one of their bone-softinthehead so-called tech's... 
And the helluvit was that I partly caused part of the problem myself. The MS Tech wasn't giving me any joy so I kept searching around to see if I could find an answer that would actually help me. I finally found one of the MS Forums that was talking about the same problems as I had and was continuing to have and one of the MVP had given instructions for removing what needed removing and what needed to be reinstalled...
Seeing that several folks that had done as he said, or said they did, and had phenomenal results. So like the damned fool I can be at times I downloaded the same removal tool and followed his directions to the "T" and lo & behold his directions didn't have the same results for me... 
I kept on looking though and finally found one of the MVP guys that had helped me out before that I recognized and I followed his instruction's to the same "T" I had followed and at long last I had perfect results and my PC not only downloaded the problem software, it installed it as well, Joy at long last!!!
So now my PC is running happily along:thumbup:
Now if I could only figure out how to repair my, "System Restore" back to where it'll work like it's s'possed too. ;-)
