Well as has been noted many times in the past about Microtech's poor customer service I would like to add a positive one.

Emailed Microtech about some issues with my knife.

Got a email with return number also stated time it would take.

Sent it in and almost forgot about it.

Got a email almost to the day that they said it would be ready that it shipped back to me.

Came home from work today, package on the table opened the box knife was fixed lubed and razor sharp.

Other than the knife having a problem I am pleased with the way microtech handled the situation.
 
Great to hear! I've been concerned about the brand for a while now, maybe they're tightening up the ship a bit.
 
Ive sent two Microtech's back for slight adjustments. Communication with Laurel was great, got my RA # the day after sending my e-mail on both occasions. They even gave a me a received e-mail on both knives. My Socom Delta is due back on Monday, about the time they said it would be ready, so we'll see how it comes back to me. All the bad that ive heard about their customer service is certainly not the case with me. Nothing but praise from me.
