Well as has been noted many times in the past about Microtech's poor customer service I would like to add a positive one.
Emailed Microtech about some issues with my knife.
Got a email with return number also stated time it would take.
Sent it in and almost forgot about it.
Got a email almost to the day that they said it would be ready that it shipped back to me.
Came home from work today, package on the table opened the box knife was fixed lubed and razor sharp.
Other than the knife having a problem I am pleased with the way microtech handled the situation.
