Second one is a Rick Hinderer XM-18 3.5 Spanto profile - sterile blade. Original owner explained that it is one of the first knifes offered and it came with signed box (this is what I was told and you get the box...however I can't verify authenticity on the signature and to be onest I did not bought the knife as a collection piece). Now, the knife comes with 2 scales, one blue one OD. The hardware it is blued (came like that), but the clip it is not. I did ordered one of Ebay and it came blued...on the wrong side (go figure). However the spare clip it is included together with the original one with the shown shield. $350 shipped in CONUS.
