Got a used, carried, and sharpened CT here. I've put a new edge on it so it's razor sharp. This model is Elmax. Frame has some carry marks... nothing major. Fires like a shotgun. Can take pics of the edge if you're worried about MT's sharpening stance. I kept it a tight 20D per side and finished it on a 3,000 grit before stropping... so it's really better than their factory edge. No machines were used so no heat treat concerns. stuff on the blade is smudges that wiped off. Blade is nice and clean.
I'd like to trade this for a Microtech Stitch. Just looking to try something different and I have several OTFs. Would love to get on in 3V but I have no idea how rare or valuable those are so that might be impossible. M390 and 204P are just dandy.
