Microtech curahee

I just saw a pic if the MT curahee. I really like the look of this knife. Where are MT's manufactured? I've seen the blade steel listed as Elma's and S30V. Does anyone know what steel is currently being used and if it is durable, easy to sharpen, holds and edge etc? Even better would be if someone has this knife and could chime in.

Made in NC I believe. Elmax is supposed to be the latest best all around steel. Never owned any Elmax personally.
