Microtech Customer Service

Received a call today from an unknown number and I let it go to voice-mail. To my surprise it was a technician from Microtech.

I sent in a Socom Delta for some warranty work which was received by Microtech on 9/4/2015. The tech wanted to go over exactly what I wanted done... adjust detent, adjust for earlier lockup, replace pivot pin, center blade, and top it off with a factory fresh edge. We actually had a very pleasant conversation and I found out there's a new version of the Halo coming out.

We've all heard the Microtech customer service horror stories. But I just wanted to share my experience, which has been excellent thus far.

Awesome.. Would like to see what they come up with on the new HALO . Also good to hear that your knife is getting some one on one.
 
I'm glad to hear something positive about MT customer service. One of the reasons I always avoided any MT's with even a hint of trouble was because of the horror stories about their customer service.
