It's frowned upon to make an offer for less than asking price in the thread, or carry on a conversation!

Thanks for the ideas, honest mistake as I'm getting up to speed with this forum framework, rules/expectations etc... Previous forums I've been part of had different guidelines, I could have provided contact information in the listing. Made contact, we're getting things squared away, thank you for your helpfulness!
