It has the ***tiniest*** amount of sideways/left-to-right play. None in the other direction.

So i heard some of these fire on red dot and others on white! Does this one fire on white dot? Pictures seem to show it does! Or is all that rumor crap and they all fire on white?

Indeed, this is one of the earlier versions that fires when the white dot is showing. I hadn't recalled that distinction until reading your post so thanks for that.
