Good to hear.

Hey, and thanks for sharing your favorable experience. Seems folks only want to share their bitch.

You know, we love to dogpile right...?

ETA: This probably needs to be in Feedback.

Good to hear the positive feedback on their service/warranty team. Thanks for sharing your experience! That gives me more faith if I ever have to deal with them. I can honestly say I've never been disappointed in any Microtech knife I've bought, and I've got quite a few. All my OTFs fire perfect every time, look great, and came with razor sharp edges. My MT folders have also been awesome, with great fit and finish and super sharp. MT does one heck of a grind IMHO, especially on their tanto edges which are wicked sharp, especially the new ones with Elmax blades. Some folks complain about their use of proprietary screws, but I actually like it since it makes the products more unique and I like their in-house fastener designs. Yes it's a bit of a bummer having to pay $25 for a proprietary bit especially given the cost of their knives, but the bits are readily available and I've never had problems getting my hands on the right one to conduct standard periodic maintenance and cleaning. I'll also say that my SOCOMs (both Delta and Elite) are the smoothest opening folders I have...simply outstanding IMHO.
