Over the past three years, I've had to deal with the customer service, as well as, the repair departments at Microtech.
All I can say is, that from my personal experience with the company, nobody does it better!!
I've dealt with some individual knife makers who were outstanding to work with also, but for a corporation to take care of its customers, the way Microtech took care of me, is nothing short of remarkable! Keep up the stellar work & service!
