Hello all BF'ers,
I have a VERY USED, and slightly broken Microtech Lightfoot LCC (D/A) folder up for trade.
I got this for my father for Christmas a couple years back. I never thought he would be able to ruin a Microtech, but he did. I'm never buying him a knife again.
This is 154CM steel, and is partially serrated. Carbon fiber handle, titanium bolster, comes with lanyard and original Microtech belt pouch. No box.
It's still functional as a manual folder. It opens/closes and locks fine. It's sharp and still useable. A good "beater" knife (can't believe i'm typing this about a Microtech :barf
for those that don't want to tear up their nice Microtechs.
I wish my father wouldn't have ruined this knife as it's a great looking knife, perfect for every day carry.
I don't know what to even trade this for, or if anyone would even be interested...
So just post up your offers I guess.
Contact me via e-mail/visitor message/posting in this thread.
Also, if you'd like, I can do a quick video showing how the auto action works. Like I said, it just flings it open 1/2 to 3/4ths of the way open.
Here are the pictures (contact me for more pictures/bigger sizes):

- The tip of the blade is chipped (see pics).
- The auto-action still works but only "flings" the blade open 1/2-3/4ths of the way open. This could probably be fixed. I asked a few questions about this knife on BF awhile back and a some said that a good soak in some kind of "Gun Scrubber" could fix it. If not, someone with experience in auto knives could take it apart and have it working in no time.
- The pocket clip is a little loose, easily fixed if you have the right Torx head screwdrivers.
- The liner lock still works. Locks up great.
It's still functional as a manual folder. It opens/closes and locks fine. It's sharp and still useable. A good "beater" knife (can't believe i'm typing this about a Microtech :barf
