The project nobody saw coming and nobody thought would happen: Mick Strider of Strider Knives and Tony Marfione of Microtech Knives have teamed up to combine their drastically different knife styles into a state of the art, tough as nails, folder. This satin titanium version has a whole different look and feel. The frame is full 6Al4V titanium with a satin finish and a contrasting blue titanium back spacer. The blade is a sleek hand ground dagger grind. To up the cool factor even higher, there is a tritium (glows in the dark without needing to be "charged" by light) on the flipper lever.
The blade rotates on a ceramic bearing system for a great action. Open with flipper lever or thumb stud. There is a Tritium insert in the blade flipper. The lock bar is made from beta grade titanium and has a hardened 17-4 stainless steel inserts in the frame that the stud contacts when opening. This again creates a solid lock up.

This is a serial numbered knife, marked on the underside of the backstrap with date and A. MARFIONE. The hand rubbed satin version is S/N 009 and comes with the box. The mirrored version is S/N 002 and comes with Maxpedition zipper pouch.
Both knives are in excellent condition and have sat in my safe since buying them from their respective dealers. Custom chainmail lanyard is 16 guage 5/16" Raw Titanium and Blue Snodized Titanium to match the knife back spacer.
