Do you have any comments or pictures? Just linking a Youtube video is generally frowned on. What do you like about your Mini MSI, what about dislikes? What color did you get?
The flaw of blade rap on the back spacer is common. It should have been caught in a pre-production run or even the first prototypes.
CBR should not have fixed it himself. It’d be a better review and better journalism if he had sent it back to MT and see what they did to fix it and what they say about it. He changed the back spacer so the blade wouldn’t hit, but the problem can be solved by sharpening down the edge a little or possibly with different adjustments during reassembly.
He should also state whether or not he had disassembled the knife prior to his video…he could have goobered it up himself.
