For your consideration is a semi-vintage Microtech Scarab QD. It was made 10/2009(I think), it is mint. been sitting in its original box since purchased from an authorized dealer. It has a two tone black coated blade made of S30-V. It is sweet. The box pictured is the box it came in but I have been told (below) that it is not an executive, it is still very cool with a very strong action. I love it but it is just sitting in a storage crate.

I know the box says executive scarab but as far as I know the executive scarabs were smooth handles. The scarabs with the grip tape were QD scarabs. There was a time though when microtech boxes didn't exactly match the knives inside.
