I have a MT Scarab Exec, born on 08/2003. I just got it this week, and while its what I've always wanted, I am more interested in Custom Tactical folders and Balisongs......
It is in EXCELLENT condition, with a couple of light scuffs and a tiny nick on the handle, and has a single plain edge two-tone blade of S30V, and comes in the old fashioned tube with lots of paperwork. It also comes with the big Scarab sheath and file. Blade doesnt appear to be used, and is still nice and sharp. It locks up tighter than any other OTF I've owned, and the action is nice and smooth.... It has none of the harsh clack that newer Microtechs exhibit, just a solid noise with no spring sing.
I am looking for:
Scarab Exec, same configuration, SATIN BLADE!
UT6 Plain edge
CRK Sebenza BG-42 or DAMASCUS Blade...
Custom Tactical Folders
Custom Balisongs
Microtech Tachyon PLAIN EDGE ONLY!!!
Benchmade Balisongs, 42SS or a 45 especially. As well as Ltd editions... I really want a steel handled balisong....
Users are ok, as I like to use my knives, as long as they are in good condition.
