I received this blade and the tanto version around the same time and have decided to keep the tanto.
This blade is mint. Comes with box, pouch and papers. Hasn't cut anything, played with then put away. I believe I am the 3rd owner but blade came to me NIB and I haven't used it for anything, factory edge, etc. From what I've seen this configuration is a little harder to come across, at least up here in Canada
The only concern would be that the detent is a little soft. Microtech has gone back and forth with their detents being too strong, too weak, etc. This is an example of a soft detent but per emails with the Microtech a quick trip back to them can resolve the issue, if that sort of thing bothers you. The detent is present and positive, just soft IMO
