Like the title says, I have a Tachyon for trade. I have 2 of these guys, and just want to see what I could get for this one.
It is stonewashed, plain edge. I have just the knife and the box, no sheath or papers. It's #951, born on 2/02.
The knife is in great condition, a couple of light scuffs on the handles, and the factory T8 screws have been replaced. The replacement screws were bought from knifekits.com, so they arent some random Home Depot screws.
The stock screws on the Tachyon werent the most durable,plus Microtech has been known to be a bit Loctite entusiastic.... Even my other one has screws that are beginning to strip out.
The blade is MINT though. This knife has been gently fondled, as I have another to flip and beat on. If you have been looking for a Tachyon, especially one you dont feel guilty to actually flip and use THIS IS IT!!!!
I am looking for:
ANY and ALL custom balisongs (except Pandayan or FHM)
Limited and rare Benchmade Balisongs ( I have quite a collection myself, so dont be offended if I have what your offering)
Bali-song Inc/PCC CUSTOMs
Custom Folders
Sebenza's with BG42 or Damascus blades
Semi-production folders.
As far as condition of your trades, I prefer to use what I have, I have a very tough time just letting something sit in a box or on a shelf, just begging to be used. I am not concerned with NIB status. So dont be afraid to offer something with a little play time on it.
