Microtech Ultratech blue handle, plain dagger satin blade

I bought this a few months ago and have carried it a couple times. I've never cut anything with it. very good condition. I'd say 9/10.
It has a small spot under the clip where the anodizing has warn off (see pics). Id like to get $200 shipped net paypal. Know your local laws.
