Microtech Ultratech D/E Bead Blast Standard

There is some resistance but it's not hard to open at all. Will definitely not open up in your pocket if that's what you're worried about.
 
Any marks on the handles? My bad, just read the description closer. What's the white markings under the pocket clip if you don't mind me asking?
