Blade play seems very gen IV Ultratech. Brand new so it's pretty solid. Of course this is not a gen III ZBP model so if that's what you are looking for then I suggest holding out for one of those. As an owner of several of both flavors, it is not one of my top concerns with regards to Microtech. Thanks for the interest!
