It is still available. I'm not 100% sure on the cali legal but if any of the utx-70 are legal in Cali than this one defiantly is. Make me a reasonable offer

Only the UTX-70 CA model, made with a 1.8"+/- blade, was Cali legal. They are not easy to find though.

If the OP still has the knife and wants to sell it, he can relist it, otherwise this is one hell of a necrobump.
One other thing, if a knife is listed for sale, it NEEDS a clearly listed price, there is no testing the waters with offers only.
