I would've paid $200 no question... 70's are a rarity, especially flat body models like yours, near mint condition, AND the box! That's just my $0.02 for whatever It's worth.

Lots of money on the table... I would have paid $310 (DOUBLE) without thinking twice. I'd even say that if you had a dozen of them for sale @ $250 each you'd have sold out within an hour of posting. Like papag said, brbarrett took down the best score of 2018. Congrats on your sale!.

I think it was fair but leaning on the buyer getting the better deal. These went for 200 all day not long ago. What happened?

You got a good deal. I wouldn't pay so much for just any 70 but the one that sold here is my favorite configuration in the older flat body and in almost new condition.
