I purchased this new in 2004. No nicks on the blade, one shallow rough mark on the handle (see photo). Quick action with solid lock-up. Includes original nylon carrying case. No paperwork or original box.

I may have sharpened this blade when I bought it, I honestly don’t recall. I’m usually not a fan of factory edges. Microtech sharpened my buddy’s UTX-85 at least twice at no charge after he reprofiled his, so that may be an option if they still offer that service.
