I sent in a Socom Delta because the lock bar wasn't engaging unless I opened the blade really hard. It also got stuck and was very difficult to disengage.

Emailed them to get a return authorization number. Got a reply the next day with instructions to mail it in. Repair was finished in 2 days and they mailed it back. Knife is perfect now. They charge $15 for return shipping which is the same as Chris Reeve and Emerson. Not bad!
 
That's welcome news! Did they email you to let you know when your knives arrived there or give you any updates? I actually have a thread going right now documenting my experience with them in order to provide the forum with real information on their warranty service.
 
Yes they emailed me updates when they received it and again when they shipped it with a tracking#
 
Uh oh... I definitely didn't receive an email when it arrived, which was on monday. Hopefully they're just a little bit behind!
I didn't get any contact at all, sent an email asking for an update. They told me they had received it and I'd get shipping info when it was ready. Mines been there since last Tuesday but its an OTF.
