thanks - sold to mazibuko, shipping...

I never let my knifes go outside of family/friends before, this is my first public outcome, hence the price might be a bit low. So this is just a start. I promise, more expensive coming soon :)

Thanks Alex! That really was a steal, knife looks amazing - looking forward to seeing your other pieces up here.

Dammit! I was just typing "I'll take it!" I hadn't scrolled down! Damn damn damn!!!!! Make more of these please, and if you keep the price nice, you will sell a lot more knives....

Sorry AntDog I'm just too quick on the draw! Hope you can snap up the next one!

Thanks guys! I will definitely make more like this, but the price will be a bit higher though. Not much, I consider myself a beginner and will keep it fair and reasonable :)
Now I finally got a kiln and will start working with more interesting and rewarding steels.

if possible alex21 can i get on a list for any new knives you may have coming. thanks fell free to massage me

Received this knife yesterday - pictures don't do it justice. Fantastic fit and finish, really high level of attention to detail. Sharp too! Alex is a real craftsman. If he is making a list I would recommend signing up right away!

Thanks you guys for a kind words. It is quite a surprise to me see this level of interest. I was watching this forum for years and admired craft of the fellow knifemakers. Few months ago I decided to break on a grinder (and later kiln) to try it myself. My blades are not yet at the level of those pieces of art I saw here, but I hope I'm on the right path :)

I have 3 blades of that kind in progress right now, in O-1 and 1095. If time permits, will post next week. The price will be higher, though. Not much, but still higher.
Sorry I hope you understand - even though simple carbon steel itself is pretty cheap it takes me full 8-10 hours to make a knife and sheath, I don't even count abrasives/pins/kydex/eylets/etc. I don't do it for living but somehow need to keep it rewarding enough to continue.

I don't have a list at the moment, even though I took couple orders as an exception. I'd rather do it when I have time and right mood. I don't know how long it will keep me excited and can't plan in advance - I have a primary job, family, kids, you know...

So... will see where it goes.
