Hey all... this thing is crashing and burning fast, and I need a reality check before I make a decision. I sort of inherited this thing since I put the deposit down.

So far, 3 people on the list of 5 have cancelled.

I'm almost thinking we would be better off to reschedule this. Honestly this weekend is bad for me with family stuff, but I was going to take the hit and come anyway. Since it's looking like more and more people are cancelling, maybe we better call it for this weekend. I'd hate to have people drive all over the midwest, and there end up being 2 people at this thing.

Thoughts?

We're right down to the wire, and I'm sorry for that, but all the cancellations are coming last minute. It's nobody's fault, but we need to think quick here before people do a lot of driving for no reason.
 
A reschedule is fine with me. Maybe a fall type gathering.........I would love to still have one.
 
I'm in a pickle here. I haven't heard from 2 people, and one of them is KGD from all the way in Canada. I can't send him a private message or anything either.

I think the smartest thing is to reschedule this, but man I'd hate to be the guy who didn't check the message boards and ended up at Loud Thunder alone.....

Thoughts?
 
OK I'm not going to go down then. I unfortunately will not get a refund on my $30 deposit for the group site, but stuff happens.

If anyone does end up still going. I would try to tell them that I (Robert Schwiesow) couldn't make it, and see if they would transfer my deposit to you. I don't see why they wouldn't.
