Might make an Izula my next knife.

Well I now need to decide between the Izula and the ESKABAR. I like the length of the eskabar but the warranty of the Izula.
 
I don't have any personal experience with the ESKABAR but I do with the Izula and I would definitely recommend the Izula. I have never been left wanting with this blade. I like the better control with the smaller blade for fine work. It seems to me that the ESKABAR with the longer blade would cause a loss of control for fine tip work. That and the fact that the whole package is a lot smaller in the sheath makes it a winner for me. The coating also seems to protect the blade very well from any rust, although I live in a desert which could help as well.

I have tried A LOT of neckers, from Kabar to Busse to Swamp Rat you name it and I have sold all of them except my Izula. I think that speaks volumes for this little knife.
