His computer took a dump, he just got up and running yesterday when I talked to him, I'm sure he is trying to catch up and he will get back with you.

I don't generally ask people to use common sense/courtesy . I kind of expect it. If he doesn't get back with me it's not that big a deal.

On the subject of not hearing back from the buyer after delivery. You can always send another message asking if the buyer is satisfied.
Personally, I like when people follow up. I also don't mind if they don't.
