I thought it was about time that Mike had his own thread. He makes a fine fitted and finished out knife. I have just a few, I will start the thread with his first interframe peanut. Please feel free to comment and add to the discussions with your own personal experience with his knives and post up yours.
Thanks in advance for sharing.

Nice thread Jim. Mike does such fine work. I have been lucky enough to have owned a couple of his which are now in other good hands; and yup, the red bone jack you have is the one I got from Vince. What a beauty it is.

Gig, your Alsdorf collection is terrific! Congrats.

Vince, that pearl shot you took is really beautiful bud.

I sure look forward to seeing more of Mike's work here. It's always a pleasure to view. I think Gus has one or two tucked away somewhere...;)

Here's a shot of another one I had for awhile. I honestly can't remember who got this one when I let it go, but it sure had some fine worm jigged bone and of course the fit and finish was dang near perfect ala Alsdorf. :)

Now Ford, has it been that long?
How about the other side of yours that now sits on my shelf.:p

Thanks for sharing Suz, That interframe MOP is a knockout!

Mikes' knives are additive, I am kinda ashamed to say how many I actually own. Just say it is in the double digits and not in the teens.:o

I love your teardrop jack with the micarta. It's a nice match for my slimline. If you ever decide to part with that one...you give me a shout first okay? :D

Mike is a good guy. Always honest about how he makes his knives and everyone I have seen always has a very sharp edge and top shelf level of finish all around. They are a great deal especially for getting toes wet in customs.

This is a black lip interframe Dr.

And I talked him into one in stag also.

You got it. But I do not see my Alsdorf's leaving me anytime soon. Should I just put ya in the will then? ;)
