Mike set up the GEC #85 Short Factory Order and I was excited as I had been looking for an traditional patterned ebony knife. This knife fit that bill even though it was now African Blackwood. I had been following and was very excited.
When it came time to order, I messed up the order and ordered buffalo horn. When it showed up, I discovered my error and the African Blackwood Jacks were sold out. I was crushed. I posted about it and Mike saw my post. Understand it was my fault, but he offered to trade my Buffalo Horn for an African Blackwood one.
I don't know where he got it, was it his, was it an extra, was it one that someone didn't want? Dunno, but I'm a happy camper.
